How Many Menus Do You Need?

One per guest alongside the place card is the classic approach — but plenty of couples go with one or two per table instead. What works best really depends on what you want the menu to do. Is it purely decorative? Does it need to communicate dietary information? Is it pulling double duty as an evening schedule? The answer to that shapes how many you need and how much content goes on each one.

What to Put on Your Menu Card

Start with a header — your names and wedding date, or a monogram. Then list your courses in order: appetizers, entrées, dessert.
