Production: 3+ weeks after proof approval
US delivery: 2–3 business days via DHL
Folio & Boxed Invitations Production: 4+ weeks after proof approval
US delivery: 2–3 business days via DHL
Velvet Envelopes Production: 5–10 business days
US delivery: 2–3 business days via DHL

Shipping Costs & Handling

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout according to package weight and current DHL rates. We take great care in packaging every order to ensure your luxury stationery arrives in pristine condition.

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any signs of damage to the box, we kindly ask that you inspect the contents in the presence of the courier. Should items appear damaged, please request that the courier document the condition in a damage report, as this is necessary for any claims.


Customs & Duties (USA & International)

For orders placed through our US website (polinaperri.com), we ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis via DHL Express. This means all customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees are handled by us in advance. The total displayed at checkout is the final amount you pay—there are no surprise fees upon delivery.

If you are shipping to a location not listed on our website, please contact our team. We will verify shipping availability and provide a manual quote, confirming all duty and tax terms individually.
