For your peace of mind, we recommend using DHL's ODD service. As soon as your tracking number becomes active, you can visit the DHL On Demand Delivery portal. This service provides seamless options to ensure your stationery arrives exactly when and where you need it, including:
- Click & Collect — Securely redirect your package to a local DHL Service Point or Locker for pickup.
- Flexible Scheduling — Choose a delivery date that aligns perfectly with your plans.
- Signature Customization — Authorize a safe place delivery or choose a trusted neighbor to receive it on your behalf.

Need a different day? Postpone your delivery by up to 30 days to suit your schedule.
Send your package to your workplace, a friend, or any alternative address within the same country.
Pick up your order from a DHL location at your leisure; we will hold it securely for up to 7 days.
