Custom and Personalized Orders
Due to the bespoke nature of our luxury wedding stationery, all items are made to your unique specifications. Consequently, our personalized wedding stationery is exempt from standard return policies once production has commenced. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and work closely with you during the proofing process to ensure every detail meets your vision.
Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans can change. You may request a full refund if your order is cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After this 48-hour window, a partial refund of 50% may be issued, provided the order has not yet entered the production phase. Once production is underway, orders are non-refundable.
Approved Proofs and Errors
Final responsibility for proof accuracy rests with the customer. While our team performs careful reviews, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for errors identified after an order has been approved by you. Your stationery will be printed exactly as shown in your final approved proof. If your finished product deviates from the approved proof, please contact us immediately, and we will reprint the affected items at no cost to you.
Color Accuracy
We do not accept returns due to color discrepancies between digital previews and physical printed products. All screens display colors differently, and the physical printing process involves unique material variables. We strongly recommend ordering a physical sample prior to your full order if color matching is a priority.
Handcrafted Materials
Because our stationery is handcrafted, minor variations in paper or cardstock tones may occur between batches. While we ensure high consistency within a single production run, slight variations are a natural characteristic of fine stationery and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any transit issues promptly. Please retain all packaging, as this may be required for inspection.
